The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will dedicate the Meridian temple, 7345 N. Linder Road, on Nov. 19.

An estimated 6,000 youth with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will present in Boise Saturday to celebrate the dedication of the Meridian temple. The temple dedication ceremonies will take place on Sunday.

The Youth Cultural Celebration is at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Taco Bell Arena on the Boise State's campus. Tickets are being distributed through local LDS congregations.

The participants, ages 12 to 18, will present the musical production "Be Strong, Steadfast and Immovable,” featuring a 1,100-voice choir and 4,900 dancers depicting the history and culture of the Treasure Valley.
